Past client follow up campaigns (long term follow up)

A significant portion of my business comes from past clients, by way of their repeat business and from their referrals of friends & family. I would like to see some campaign packages offering a series of cards/letters etc. designed specifically as a "stay-in-touch-follow-up-system". The system should offer a series of media designed specifically for "past seller clients" and a separate series designed specifically for "past buyer clients", both could be packaged as long term campaigns. Ideally there would be new cards added to the series each year allowing the avoidance of having the touches become "stale reruns" for those of us who do extended campaigns. Touches could feature various "nudge lines" by the signature... ex: (1) The greatest complement I can receive is the referral of your family and friends. (2) Who do you know who may be thinking of buying/selling real estate?
